R. Douglas McCollum, Ph.D.


A licensed psychologist, Dr. McCollum received his doctorate from the University of Iowa in 1985. His primary interests are in working with children, adolescents, and adults with emotional and behavioral disorders. His subspecialty is the assessment of learning and attention disorders. Dr. McCollum is licensed in Illinois and has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychological aspects of hearing loss.

Lori O'Dell McCollum, Ph.D.


A licensed psychologist, Dr. McCollum received her doctorate from the University of Iowa in 1997 with specialties in School and Pediatric Psychology. Her primary interests are in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. McCollum is licensed in both Iowa and Illinois and is certified by the National Register of Health Service Providers. She is certified to provide EMDR treatment for clients with a history of trauma, and is on staff at Trinity Medical Center.

Gina Reyes Ellison, LCPC


A licensed clinical professional counselor, Gina received her degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska in 1994. She has worked in a variety of settings: a state mental hospital, community mental health center, rehabilitation center, and veterans' affairs medical center. She has worked with patients suffering from strokes or brain injuries. Her primary interests are working with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management, domestic violence, trauma, and abuse.

Ann K. O'Klock, MSW, LCSW


Ann is a licensed clinical social worker with 22 years of behavioral health experience. She earned her Masters in Social Work degree in 1988 from the University of Illinois. She is here to help you, your children or your family cope with everyday life stressors, improve your sense of self worth and instill a sense of hope that things will get better. Her approach includes positive support, finding practical solutions and goals to help resolve current problems, challenges and psychological problems that are impacting on your everyday functioning levels. Her office hours help you arrange for an appointment as soon as possible. She enjoys working with all ages: children through adulthoold. She can help with symptoms of depression, anxiety, worries, grief, trauma and abuse.

Lisa Curry, MSW


Lisa earned her MSW from the University of Iowa and has been providing behavioral health treatment for over 25 years. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults both individually as well as couples and families. Lisa specializes in behavioral health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, stress reduction, anger management, grief and loss, women's issues, sexual dysfunction, phase of life, and family transition. Her approach is varied with primary emphasis on Cognitive Restructuring treatment model. She encourages people to become actively involved in their treatment and uses their strengths to improve coping skills and finding their own strengths from within. Lisa is also approved by the State of Illinois to evaluate and treat adult and adolescent sexual offenders.

Robert W. Donohoo, MS Ed.


Mr. Donohoo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a National Certified Counselor. Mr. Donohoo has been in the helping profession for over twenty years; first working as a counselor for Family Resources, Inc., and then working for thirteen years as a Probation Officer. Mr. Donohoo graduated from St. Ambrose University, received his graduate training at Western Illinois University, and completed his residency in Marriage and Family Therapy at the prestigious Hiebert Institute at Marriage and Family Counseling Service in Rock Island, Illinois. Mr. Donohoo is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and serves as the Secretary for the Illinois Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (IAMFT). Mr. Donohoo can help clients with: Depression, Anxiety, Communication Problems, Anger Management, Parenting Skills, Marriage Enrichment, Divorce/Separation, Infidelity, Blending Families, Co-Parenting, Remarriage, and Premarital Counseling.
